Earl is currently the Executive Director of the DC Comprehensive AIDS Resources and Education Consortium (DC CARE Consortium) which is an HIV/AIDS organization which provides emergency financial services in Washington, DC. He has been involved in HIV/AIDS service delivery for over twenty three years. He has served as the Chair and Co-Chair of the Ryan White Planning Council in Hudson County, NJ and served five years as the Community Co-Chair of the District of Columbia HIV Prevention Community Planning Group.
Earl currently serves on five non-profit boards of directors and has been involved with non profit healthcare issues for over twenty years in the North America, United Kingdom and Africa. Earl is also active politically and was appointed to the Democratic National Committee as an At Large Member in 2009 by Governor Tim Kaine. Earl enjoys baseball, softball, tennis, football, reading and traveling on his “down” time.
